Would you like to know more about me?
I’m so glad that you are here. Below you can find out more who am I, what I do , what passionate I’m about and how I’ve been helping my clients to live the life they deserve but it wasn’t accessible for them. I hope our paths will meet soon.
Hello,
I’m Aleksandra, a Somatic Trauma Therapist and Holistic Therapist. I believe in a holistic approach to treating trauma and releasing stored emotions in the body.
I offer Somatic Trauma Therapy sessions, which I combine with Myofascial Release depending on the body’s sensations and responses. In my practice, I hold a safe, nurturing space and provide grounding and release techniques. In this environment, your nervous system is supported to move away from overwhelm and instead become genuinely curious — to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you, often for a long time, waiting to be seen.
I also offer relaxation and aromatherapy massages to help you let go and experience much-needed rest in a peaceful, supportive and safe setting.
My background as a scientist (Master's in Biology and Cosmetic Chemistry), along with 15 years of experience in the spa and wellness industry — including work in prestigious 5-star hotels in London and across the UK — has always led me to dive deeper in understanding the human body. Combining my passion for wellbeing with a growing interest in the body–mind–spirit connection, I expanded my knowledge in mental health by training as a Health and Wellness Consultant, Mindfulness-Based CBT Therapist, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, and began foundational training as a Root Cause Practitioner.
Working one-on-one with clients — as both a massage therapist and mental health practitioner — has given me a deep insight into how the body holds years of stored emotions, unprocessed trauma, and unspoken fear or anger. These often begin to reveal themselves when we simply start to pay attention.
Through this work, I came to understand how vital it is to feel safe when opening up. Still, I sensed something was missing — the deeper knowledge needed to truly hold space for others and guide them forward. This led me to train in Myofascial Release and later in Somatic Trauma Therapy. Since then, I’ve remained deeply fascinated by the body’s innate wisdom.
I’m also a teaching assistant on the Somatic Trauma Therapy course in Edinburgh, where I share my passion, knowledge, and experience with new therapists.
If you find yourself in a place that doesn’t feel right, or if you're curious to explore more and believe Somatic Trauma Therapy might help you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
